While these colonies were prospering in their new environment, their factions on Earth were thrown into chaos and conflict. The Gaians sought to punish the Tsalians for their insolence, and they rounded up any Tsalian that they could find, to force them to undergo the implantation procedure to become a Gaian. Those who resisted were swiftly executed and the Tsalian rebels that survived had no choice but to lie low, for they were horribly outnumbered. Even in their darkest hour, these rebels were still hellbent on hindering the Gaian progress, and news would reach them that the Gaians were building a massive space Ark, to transport 200,000 of their people to the Nebura Galaxy.
